S.i.p & Vision, See It Prosper, founded in January 2019, is an community organization established to empower and equip individuals actively pursuing their purpose with clear vision. Through vision on boarding, podcasting, curated events, networking, and community we connect like-minded individuals to resources that are indispensable. S.i.p & Vision, See It Prosper, LLC is a proven change management system structured to support men, women, children, and organizations holistically, while interlacing individuals to irrefutable services, techniques, and professionals. Emphasis is set on the individual first to favorably shift the trajectory of personal development, relationships, business, goals, and aspirations with proven outcomes. Built on the foundation of faith, our engagements and assignments remain diversified, integral, and purposeful with a heart for people. Over here, lives are transformed while having the best fun!
Le-Tis C. Williams, affectionately known as “Tish” was born in Queens, NY. Now living in Brooklyn, she is a graduate of Mercy College, Brooklyn College, and Metropolitan College of New York with a Masters in Public Administration. Tish is the owner of a faith-based clothing brand, Chosen Fit, a loving mother of two, and has served twenty one years in government for the City of New York. She is a planner of extraordinary events, loves to dance, sing, travel, and was certified as an interior designer in December 2019. In December of 2024, she successfully completed the Residential Interior Design Qualification exam and was had officially been named an RIDQC-Certified Professional Designer. As a leading lady operating in many roles, Tish strongly believes in using one’s resources to support individuals through encouragement and service. As one who has faced great challenges, Tish is first partaker in Seeing It Prosper in her own life; and uses her experiences, methods, and connections to help solidify change in others.
